Stargazing

The sky at night in the Kalahari is impossibly beautiful. The stars are almost dizzying in their numbers, and the Milky Way is a dazzling river of starlight arching up from horizon to horizon. We have a superb spot on our 85 hectare property outside the village where you can set up your equipment and spend the night exploring the universe.

Walks and Hikes

Walking in the Kalahari is for those who like horizons, big skies, vast landscapes, solitude, Camelthorn trees, golden grasses and its unique beauty.

Birdwatching

The Kalahari is a bird watcher’s paradise with its remarkable diversity and abundance of birds. The open grasslands with scattered Camelthorn and Shepard’s Bush trees and dune areas, gives one the opportunity of excellent sightings of birds going about their daily business. Or you can enjoy the beauty that comes with birds by simply sitting in our hotel garden.
